Status: Active; first come, first served until funds run out.

How to apply

  1. Buy a WaterSense labeled smart irrigation controller on or after October 1, 2026.
  2. Install it, and photograph the old fixture before removal and the new one after installation. Seminole requires both before you apply.
  3. Submit the application with a copy of the original sales receipt showing the purchase date and cost. Each item needs its own application.
  4. Seminole may schedule a quick on-site visit to check the controller's programming. The rebate is a credit on the following month's water bill.
